The workshop is dedicated to all things Parrot, and will include sessions on getting started with the Parrot Compiler Toolkit and NQP to implement new languages or contribute to existing ones, an introduction to PIR (one of Parrot's native languages), developing for mod_parrot, and a detailed look at some of the languages that run on Parrot, including Rakudo (Perl 6), Cardinal (Ruby), Pynie (Python), Tcl, and LOLCODE.
